What happens after I buy?
Your purchase adds 2 credits to your account. Continue to Choose your moments, upload your photos and clips, and start the edit. One Pro edit uses those 2 credits. Your finished film appears in My edits.
What should I upload?
Photos and short clips from a recent trip or weekend together work well as a starting point. Choose files you have permission to use, and make sure the people in them are OK with being in your film. You can upload up to 100 files, 4 GB each and 8 GB in total.
Can I change the film?
Yes. Watch the first version, then tell us what to change. Up to 3 revisions are included at no extra credit cost, within 28 days of uploading. You can still watch and download earlier versions.
When will it be ready?
Turnaround varies with your footage and the queue. This is a beta with no guaranteed turnaround time. Follow its progress in My edits; you can close the tab once your upload finishes.
What if I already have a balance?
Your existing credits and free edits are honored. Choose your moments to use them. This paid beta offer doesn’t add a new free edit when you sign up.
Who can see my film, and how long is it kept?
Your edit is private unless you choose to share it. Uploads are deleted after 30 days and edits after 60 days, so download your film to keep it. See how your footage is handled.
What if the edit fails?
An edit that fails returns its credits automatically. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
