Terms

Terms of use

These terms cover using Quickly Clip Pro and the other Quickly Clip sites, and buying credits. In plain language, because the beta is small and the rules are simple.

The beta

  • Quickly Clip is in beta, and the beta is for people in the United States.
  • There is no guaranteed turnaround time for an edit or a revision.
  • You must be 18 or older to buy credits.

Your account

You sign in with your email: we send you a link, and there's no password. One account works on every Quickly Clip site, with one balance. Anyone who can open your sign-in emails can use your account, so keep your email secure. Invite codes keep working as before; they can't buy credits.

What you upload

  • Only upload photos, video and other files you own or have permission to use.
  • The people in them must be OK with being in a film. If anyone under 18 appears, a parent or guardian has to agree.
  • On Remake, the video you copy (a TikTok link or a video you upload) is a reference for timing and style only. Only use one you're allowed to use that way; your remake never contains its footage or sound.
  • Star in it (on Remake) turns photos of people into AI video. Use it only with photos of you, or of someone who agreed, and never with photos of anyone under 18.
  • No illegal content.

What you get

Every film is made by AI and provided as is. The editor can miss what you asked for, and no person reviews a film before you see it. If an edit fails, its credits come back to you automatically.

Existing free edits

This paid beta does not include a new free edit at signup. Existing free balances are honored. An edit made with an existing free balance ends with a short Quickly Clip card. If it fails, you get it back.

Credits and payment

  • The one-edit Pro offer is 2 for $19.99: 2 credits, enough for one Pro edit. It is a one-time purchase in US dollars, with no subscription. The Moments flow starts at 30 seconds; you can change the length before starting.
  • Other credit packs remain available: 1 for $9.99, 3 for $24.99 and 10 for $69.99, in US dollars. At 2 credits per Pro edit, 1 credit alone is not enough for an edit; 3 credits cover 1 edit with 1 credit left; 10 credits cover 5 edits. Two 1-credit purchases total $19.98.
  • A film uses 1 credit on Keepsake, Rollcut and Remake, and 3 for Remake's Star in it. An edit on Quickly Clip Pro uses 2, with up to 3 revisions included at no extra credit cost, within 28 days of uploading.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe on its checkout page; we never see your card details. Credits are added once the payment goes through.
  • Refunds follow the refund policy.

Share links and invite links

  • You can share a finished film by link. Anyone with the link can watch it until you stop sharing or the film is deleted, so only share films that the people in them are OK with others seeing. We may turn off a link that breaks these terms.
  • Existing referral credits are honored. Eligible referrals can earn 1 credit, for up to 10 friends, when an existing free film is completed. The Pro paid beta does not grant a new free film at signup. Inviting yourself, or signing up again under another address, doesn't count, and we may remove credits earned that way. Referral credits have no cash value and can't be refunded.

Posting to TikTok

  • You can connect TikTok accounts you own or are allowed to manage, using TikTok's own sign-in. You can connect more than one.
  • Nothing is posted until you approve it. For each post you choose the video, the caption, who can see it, and whether people can comment, Duet or Stitch. It's posted at the time shown when you approve it.
  • Every post is labeled as AI-generated on TikTok. If a post promotes you, your business or another brand, you must say so with the content disclosure setting.
  • What you post must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
  • TikTok decides whether and when a post goes live, and it can limit how often an account posts. We can't promise a post will appear.
  • You can cancel a post that hasn't been sent, and disconnect an account at any time. Disconnecting turns off our access and deletes the account's keys.
