Refunds
Refund policy
One Pro edit uses 2 credits. Here's when they come back, and when your money does.
Automatic
- An edit that fails gets its credits back automatically, with nothing to ask for. A failed edit paid for with an existing free balance returns that free edit.
- Cancel an edit while it's still in line and its credits come back too.
Unused credits
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, back to the card you paid with.
Delivered films
Edits delivered as described aren't refundable. Up to 3 revisions are included, within 28 days of uploading.
How to ask
Write to the support address on your receipt, with the email you sign in with. The terms cover the rest.
